lots of people are saying that the miner isn`t in ddo(daydream oasis)
but he isn`t you need the 4.5 to find him. well i haven`t found him
i just know about it he is usally behined u.funk.studios
or the rom nexus if you get the map up near the sewer it says their is a portal that is the miners lair you need to find him first
